You are responsible to develop and grow the client base through continuous research and self-education. You will maintain strategic business relations with senior executives in multinational companies and national companies through effective and professional customer relationship management. Business negotiation and confidence are key in a successful career as a Customer Consultant. Customer Consultants are money-driven and target oriented.

  • Speak to the decision makers (C-level person) of famous manufacturing companies.
  • Further understand in China manufacturing industry, such as automotive, pharmacy, food, electronics and mechanical,etc.
  • Learn whole process of telephone sell by perfect training to improve sell skills quickly.

Responsibility:

  • Become familiar with the product (mainly event and membership) you will be marketing.
  • Do company research to ensure you can effectively articulate the product information.
  • Contact individuals on specified research.
  • Provide an efficient and elegant message to prospects.
  • Register event delegates and 1mfg.COM membership.

Job Requirements:

  • Ambitious and confident.
  • Highly motivated, persuasive, assertive and enthusiastic.
  • Effective team player.
  • Excellent communications skills in oral English and Chinese.
  • Effective business negotiation skills.
  • Sound corporate knowledge.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably in sales or training/conference industry.
  • Bachelor degree will be preferred.
